Pat McGrath makes cool metallic lips at Prada

Everyone was buzzing about the gold lips at Prada for SS15. Although make up artist, Pat McGrath refused to reveal what was in the small pot of gold used, I'm going to take a guess it was gold pigment or loose eyeshadow.

I've been making metallic lips for a while now by pressing metallic loose pigment into the lipstick. I love using MAC Blue Brown to make a metallic green lip. In fact, I think this might be my new shade for my leaving do on the 10th.

So I would suggest using a creamy lipstick (I actually use liners not lipstick) and then pressing the pigment into the top. You will have to keep an eye on this as its not meant to be used on the lips. I generally find that it stays until you have to drink something.
